A Day Outdoors Touring conducts tours offering authentic experiences and a genuine taste of our Australian lifestyle. We aim to showcase the Nillumbik wine region, fine food, our natural attractions and open space in an informative yet informal manner with a high level of personalised care and attention. Based in Arthurs Creek and collecting you from agreed locations.

The owner / driver, Garth Foxwell, is a great guy ready to share his knowledge and passion for this region. He knows the locals as he is one.

Galah Goumet Tours

Galah Gourmet Tours is a new tour operator specialising in the food, wine and ambience of the beautiful Yarra Valley.
At Galah Gourmet Tours the difference is in the detail. We make sure our guests have simply the best of times.

Our tours are exclusive. We cater for small groups only, up to five people in spacious comfort. Each tour is designed to meet the exact wishes of our guests.   We take you to the best wineries, including those off the beaten track, introduce you to winemakers and growers and give you extra personal attention.

Our vehicle is the award winning European designed VW seating leather upholstery, PA system, DVD and surround sound, flexible seating arrangements, climate control, electric doors and tinted windows.

Your host Katherine Ross, and occasional co-host Alan Ross, are passionate about the food and wine of the Yarra Valley. Between them they have lived and worked in over a dozen countries rich in speciality wines and foods.

Settling in beautiful Kangaroo Ground in 1999 they have since enjoyed and learned much about the many local wines.

Typically a day tour starts from $200 a head depending on size of group and point of collection.
